Following a friendly ‘jam’ session19 years ago, Electra Gold was formed. The title “Electra” is for Elaine and “Gold” is for Gloria. These two music lovers met at a local legion hall when Elaine was performing as a solo act. Gloria stopped into the lounge and spoke with Elaine and immediately these two ladies hit it right off. Elaine asked Gloria to perform a couple of numbers and EG was born.
